Easy Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on all eligible items.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Velora account and navigate to your order history. Select the item you wish to return and choose your reason. Alternatively, contact our customer service team directly.
Prepare Your Package
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. We will email you a prepaid return label. Simply print it and affix it to the outside of the package.
Ship It Back
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. You will receive tracking information and email updates as your return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
FAQ
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact our customer service team immediately and we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We are able to ship to P.O. boxes via standard shipping only. Express and next-day options require a physical street address.
Are there customs or import duties on international orders?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the order total.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Initiate an exchange through your account or by contacting our team. If your preferred size is unavailable, we will process a full refund.
Which items are final sale?
Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange. This is clearly indicated before you add the item to your cart.
